His experience includes contract drafting, contract negotiation, construction claim for international projects as well as arbitration and disputes settlement. He regularly advises some of the China's international major contractors and his current caseload involves projects in Asia, Africa, Middle East, Latin America and Europe. Since 1989, he has worked abroad for more than 20 years in Middle East, Asia, Africa and Europe. He is the author of Principle and Practice of FIDIC Contract, Principle and Practice of FIDIC Subcontract and the others and many articles and papers dealing with aspects of international construction contracts.
