Graham has been Director of the Scottish Mediation since August 2012. He has previously held senior positions in several third sector organisations in education, health and the theatre. He is a pro-bono mediator with the Edinburgh Sheriff Court Mediation Service.   Graham is a graduate of the University of Stirling (BA Hons – Political Studies) and the University Glasgow (Masters In Business Administration).
