Hong Kong Mediation Centre (HKMC)
Dr. Francis Law is President of Hong Kong Mediation Centre (HKMC), Co-Chairman of Mainland - Hong Kong Joint Mediation Center (MHJMC) and the Vice-Chairman of the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau Commercial Mediation Alliance. He has been appointed by the HKSAR Government as the member of the Steering Committee on Mediation.
Francis is an experienced international business consultant and expert of dispute
resolution. He is currently serving on a number of Mediator Panels in different regions and is experienced in handling different kinds of international commercial disputes.
Francis is the Lead Trainer and the Lead Assessor in numerous regions. He is the
Adjunct Senior Lecturer of a number of Universities in Hong Kong and Macau. He
has trained up hundreds of Mediation Experts. He also assists to set up Arbitration and Mediation Institutions in many countries, and to establish mediation policy and mechanism. With the support from the Department of Justice of Hong Kong, Francis co-founded the Mainland - Hong Kong Joint Mediation Center (MHJMC) in 2015 with the CCPIT, which is the first diversified cross-border commercial disputes resolution platform. He has been invited by the United Nation Commission of International Trade Law to attend the Sessions and presented professional comments.
