Mr. Hu specializes in dispute resolution, with a focus on litigation and arbitration in cross-border commercial and IP-related matters. He is a seasoned litigator, and has also represented or advised clients in arbitration proceedings under the Rules of CIETAC, BAC, HKIAC, ICC, SIAC, SCC and UNCITRAL. He resolves problems in relation to corporate matters, investment, banking and finance, trade, product liability, energy, entertainment and culture, technology licensing, IP protection, and recognition and enforcement of oversea arbitral awards and court judgments. In 2018, Mr. Hu was recognized as a “Future Leader” in international arbitration in China by Who’s Who Legal and a “Rising Star” in dispute resolution in China by Asialaw. Mr. Hu is qualified in both China and New York. He is a member of YSIAC Committee and of IBA Arb-40 Steering Committee.
