Brief Introduction
Patrick Zheng leads Llinks’ dispute resolution practice. He has been active in domestic and cross-border dispute resolution for more than 20 years, including international commercial arbitration, investment arbitration and litigation. Before joining Llinks, Patrick had worked as the Director in CIETAC and CCCPIT, and as the Senior Consultant of Herbert Smith, Partner of Clifford Chance, and the Managing Partner of Clyde & Co’s Beijing office. His experience includes China Shanshui Cement Group’s Hong Kong litigation, the US investigation on alleged violation of sanctions against ZTE Corporation, PetroChina’s SIAC arbitration case, the ICISD arbitration between Beijing Urban Construction Group Co. Ltd. and the Republic of Yemen, etc. Patrick is ranked as a leading individual in The Legal 500 on multiple occasions. He is currently a panel arbitrator in various arbitration institutions such as CIETAC, HKIAC, SIAC etc. He is qualified both in China and New York.
