Ms. Yang focuses her practice on foreign-related commercial arbitration and litigation. She has rich experience in handling complex multi-jurisdiction parallel commercial disputes. Ms. Yang has advised or defended both domestic and foreign clients in sectors such as real estate, construction, biotechnology, hi-tech, and automobiles. She has been representing clients before different levels of domestic courts and major arbitration institutions such as the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
