Dr Sam Luttrell is a Partner in the International Arbitration Group at Clifford Chance. From his base in Perth, Western Australia, Sam and his team of specialists represent businesses in major natural resources disputes across the Indo-Pacific region. With a practice that covers both commercial arbitration and investment arbitration, Sam has experience acting in proceedings under most major sets of arbitration rules, including the rules of the ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, SIAC and HKIAC. He is the author of a book on challenges to arbitrators and regularly publishes journal articles and book chapters on international law and arbitration topics.
