Mr. Gu is a partner of International Arbitration and Cross Border Dispute Practice at Tiantong. He specializes in international commercial arbitration and has represented large Chinese SOEs and multinational corporations in domestic and international arbitration proceedings under the rules of ICC, LCIA, HKIAC, SIAC, SCC and CIETAC. Prior to joining Tiantong, Mr. Gu worked for one leading Chinese law firm and two top international law firms at their Beijing and Hong Kong branch for more than 10 years. Mr. Gu graduated from Nanjing University (LL.B.), Duke University (LL.M.) and Washington University in St. Louis (Juris Doctor). Mr. Gu is qualified to practice law in China and New York state. Mr. Gu is a member of the committee of YSIAC and the Users’ Council of SIAC, a committee member of China Arbitration Academy and a registered arbitrator at Langfang Arbitration Commission, China.
