Mr. Bao is the partner of FenXun Partners and also the Representative of Baker & McKenzie·FenXun (FTZ) Joint Operation Office.
His practice focuses on investment-related legal matters, including the investment transactions, compliance advices of investment activities, and the dispute resolutions of private investments.
Mr. Bao has pioneered approvals of authorities or recognitions of dispute resolution agencies for unique, tested cross-border investment transaction structures. He has also advised on the regulatory aspects, including but not limited to anti-trust filing and national security review of their cross-border M&A transactions as well as counselling them on the regulatory risks of their business behaviour.
Mr. Bao, as the arbitrator, the counsel of the parties, or expert witness separately, has handled a fair number of arbitration cases in BIAC, CIETAC and HKIAC. He is also experienced in handling the PRC judicial review process re cancellation arbitration and implement denied.
