Assistant Professor Dr.Nisit Intamano is currently a Director of LLM Program Sripatum University Law School, Bangkok, Thailand. He also serves as an Associated Judge at the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court and a Register Mediator at Thailand’s Alternate Dispute Resolution Office. Meanwhile, he has been appointed as a legal advisor in several government research projects, such as, Thailand’s Office Council of State, Department of Foreign Trade and Thailand Arbitration Center in the fields of international business law, competition law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. In 2010, he was appointed by the China Law Society (CLS) to serve as a visiting research fellow of the China-ASEAN Legal Research Center, South West University of Political Science and Law (SWUPS), Chongqing, China.
Dr. Intamano graduated with a Doctor of Juridical Science degree (SJD) with a full scholarship award from the East Asian Legal Studies Center at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School, USA. He served as a research assistant fellow and a teaching assistant, instructing graduate law students from 2007-2012. He was bestowed a full scholarship to the Legal Training Program in ASEAN-Chinese Law in 2009. He holds a Master of Law degree (Dean’s Scholar) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School and LL.M. in Business Law from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. He was called to the Thai Bar after earning his LL.B. and B.A (English) from Ramkhamhaeng University.
