Ms. Winnie Tam is a Senior Counsel of the Hong Kong Bar, an independent arbitrator and mediator, and Head of Chambers of Des Voeux Chambers Hong Kong. Ms. Tam is a former Chairman of the Hong Kong Bar Association (2015-2017), and is recognised in the region as a leading counsel in intellectual property and a sought-after arbitrator in international commercial disputes. Outside Hong Kong, Ms. Tam holds qualifications to practise in the Greater Bay Area of China, Singapore and England and Wales. Ms. Tamis a Recorder of the Court of First Instance, High Court HKSAR and a member of the Law Reform Commission, and a Hong Kong delegate of the ICC Arbitration Commission. Ms. Tam has served as the Co-Chair of Women-In-Arbitration (WIA), and as member of the Appointments Committee and the Nominations Committee of the HKIAC. Ms Tam is also a Hong Kong delegate of the 14th CPPCC National Committee.
