He is also practising as arbitrators and  listed on the panel of arbitrators of the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI), panel of arbitrator of the Office of Insurance Commission of Thailand (OIC) and on the distinguished panel of arbitrators of Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC), Mr. Sumpiputtanadacha is also a Chair of the ICC Thailand Committee on Arbitration & ADR.
