Ambassador Huebner joins JAMS following more than 25 years of international arbitration and intellectual property practice. He has handled more than 200 arbitrations in three dozen jurisdictions around the world, largely concentrated in the technology, life sciences, telecom, entertainment, and investment sectors. He is chair of the North America Branch of the London-based Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a licensed solicitor in England & Wales, a member of the Bars of CA, NY, and DC, and on the panels of the principal arbitral institutions, including ICSID. He was previously chairman & CEO of Coudert Brothers, founding managing partner of a law office in Shanghai, and the American Ambassador to New Zealand under President Obama.
