Choon Hon Leng was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2003 and has been a partner of the firm Messrs. Raja, Darryl & Loh since July 2009. Construction and arbitration practice form a significant part of his portfolio since he was called to the Bar. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators. He is also a member on the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) Panel of Arbitrators and Panel of Adjudicators. He has acted as adviser, counsel, adjudicator and arbitrator in various construction matters, covering from the inception of the project to its conclusion. In addition to construction and arbitration practice, he also leads the firm’s practice in the area of dispute resolution for intellectual property, technology, multimedia and telecommunication matters. He has advised clients or appeared as counsel in court and arbitration for disputes concerning patent, trade mark, copyright, design, software and applications for various industries, telecommunication, infrastructure, mobile application, digital video broadcasting, domain name dispute, data analytics, geo-referencing etc.
