Eng. Paul Karekezi is the Chief Executive of GIBB Africa Ltd responsible for all work undertaken by the firm in East, Central and West Africa. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of GIBB Africa Ltd responsible for business development, human resources development, corporate strategy, finance and investment.
Eng. Paul Karekezi has over 40 years’ experience in infrastructure development in Africa and has extensive experience of conducting training courses in contract management and administration, with particular emphasis on FIDIC forms of contract. He also has over 15 years’ experience in PPP project development and implementation.
He is Member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya, Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (UK), Chartered Engineer (The Engineering Council, UK), Professional Consulting Engineer (The Engineers Board of Kenya) Accredited Mediator (Chartered Institute of Arbitrators), and Fellow (Chartered Institute of Arbitrators). Mr Karekezi is a Certified Public Private Partnership Specialist (IP3) and a CP3P® Approved Trainer by APMG International.
