Mr. Yuntao Yang is a PHD in international economic law, obtains more than 30 years of experience in the legal practice of international freight forwarding, logistics and maritime industries. Mr. Yang is currently General Manager of China Merchants Group Risk Management Department/Legal and Compliance Department/Audit Department. He also holds several social positions such as chairman of FIATA (International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations), vice secretary-general of China Maritime Law Association, arbitrator of China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC) and CIETAC, supporting member of London Maritime Arbitration Association (LMAA).
