Mr. Victor Dawes is a Senior Counsel practicing from Temple Chambers in Hong Kong. He is a commercial litigator with experience in wide range of commercial and chancery disputes including international arbitration, equity and trusts, probate, company law, and banking and financial disputes. He is a recorder of the High Court of Hong Kong and the Chairman of the Hong Kong Bar Association. He is a Non-Executive Director of the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong. He is also a member of the Advisory Body on Third Party Funding of Arbitration and Mediation appointed under Part 10A of the Arbitration Ordinance (Cap. 609).
