Ms. Kim M. Rooney is an international arbitrator of aviation, commercial, finance, infrastructure, investment and ITC disputes and a Hong Kong barrister. A member of the ICC’s International Court of Arbitration, Ms. Rooney chaired the Hong Kong Law Reform Commission’s Subcommittee on Third Party Funding for Arbitration, Ms. Rooney was previously a partner of White & Case LLP, heading its Asian dispute resolution practice. She also admitted as a Western Australia Barrister and Solicitor and a Solicitor in England and Wales.  Ms. Rooney is the Chair of the Hong Kong Bar Association’s Arbitration Committee. She lectures on international dispute resolution at Peking University School of Law.
