Mr. Wei Guo is the Chairperson of BAC/BIAC. He graduated from the law school of Peking University and is a senior expert in the field of legislation, government under the rule of law, and legal services management. He previously held positions as the Deputy Director-General of Finance and Economy Office of Beijing Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee (2008.04-2013.01), Deputy Director-General of Legal Affairs Office of Beijing Municipal People’s Government(2014.01-2018.11), and Deputy Director-General and Level I Bureau Rank Official of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice（2018.11-2023.08）.
