Nino Sievi is a partner with Nater Dallafior in Zurich. He represents clients in complex commercial disputes before arbitral tribunals and Swiss courts, particularly in the fields of contracts, banking, post M&A, commodities, construction, crypto/blockchain, tech and asset recovery. He also regularly serves as arbitrator in international arbitration proceedings. He holds a PhD from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland and an LL.M. in international law from the University of Cambridge. He is admitted to the bar in Switzerland, Germany and England & Wales (barrister, non-practising).
