Pedro is the partner responsible of the GARRIGUES’ Litigation and Arbitration Department for the Valencia (Spain) office. He holds a degree in Law (cum laude) by the University of Valencia and an LLM (corporate and commercial Law) by the London School of Economics and Political Sciences. Pedro is an Associate Lecturer of International Commercial Law at the University of Valencia and a Guest Lecturer at the Magister Lvcentinvs of the University of Alicante, where he teaches Patent Law. He is specialized in commercial litigation and arbitration both domestic and international; as a legal counsel, he has intervened before the Court of Justice of the European Union and in multiple arbitral proceedings before different arbitral institutions (ICC, Corte de la Cámara de Comercio de Madrid, CIMA, etc.) in disputes concerning matters such as construction, distribution contracts, corporate conflicts and also exequatur of foreign arbitral awards. Pedro also acts as an arbitrator in contractual, IP and corporate matters.
