Ji Yoon (June) Park serves as Counsel and Chief Representative of the Seoul office at HKIAC and is admitted to practice in Washington, D.C.
As Chief Representative of the Seoul office, Ji Yoon is responsible for the overall management of the Seoul office, including overseeing its international dispute resolution services and operations.
As Counsel, she administers cases in English, Chinese and Korean.
Ji Yoon has a diverse background with experiences in Australia, Korea, Mainland China and Hong Kong. She obtained her B.A. in Public Administration at Peking University, LL.B. in Korean Law at BDES, and LL.M. in Chinese Civil and Commercial Law at Fudan University School of Law. She is also a Ph.D. candidate in IP Law at ECUPL and is fluent in Korean, Mandarin, and English.
Prior to joining HKIAC, Ji Yoon gained substantial experience in international arbitration, previously serving as Director and Chief Representative of Shanghai office at KCAB INTERNATIONAL. She has also worked as part of the in-house counsel team at a private firm and interned at a Chinese arbitration institution.
