Jay is the Strategy and Development Manager at SIAC North East Asia, where he supports operations in Korea, Japan, Russia, and the Middle East by monitoring legal cases, legislative developments, and dispute matters, as well as organizing relevant events in these regions.
He began his career as a journalist before transitioning to education and Human Resources Development. Prior to joining SIAC, he led the project management training team at the Education Institute of Construction and worked for the Ministry of Education in Korea, managing various on/offline training programs.
Jay holds a J.D. from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Korea and a Specialist degree in Journalism from Saint Petersburg State University in Russia.
