Brief Introduction
Mr. Neil Kaplan CBE KC SBS is a leading international arbitrator based in Hong Kong and London. He previously served as a Judge of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong in charge of the Construction and Arbitration List. He was Chairman of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) from 1991 to 2004 and President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators from 1999 to 2000. He is widely recognised for his contribution to the development of arbitration in Hong Kong.
