Sebastián Green Martínez is a Managing associate in Uría Menéndez’s International Arbitration team, Madrid office. He joined the team in 2018. Before that, he served as a legal adviser on international investment disputes at the International Affairs and Disputes Department of the Treasury Attorney-General's Office of the Argentine Republic (2013-2017) and served as an assistant to the Hon. Charles Brower (2017-2018). He is a member of a number of arbitrator pools for international arbitration. Sebastián obtained his Law Degree (Abogado) and M.A. in International Relations from the University of Buenos Aires, Law School, and his LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from the George Washington University, Law School (Buergenthal and Fulbright Scholar). He has taught public international law at the Universidad de Buenos Aires and Universidad Carlos III, among others. His academic interests are: international dispute settlement; international investment law; international criminal law, international human rights law and cultural heritage law.
