Oriol Valentí is a partner at RocaJunyent and a specialist in dispute resolution (arbitration, mediation, and litigation). He has extensive experience in both domestic and international arbitration, and he advises on complex transnational litigation, commercial and contractual disputes, and disputes arising from sales and acquisitions of company shares, corporate law and directors' liability. His clients include local and international, industrial and financial business groups. He is an expert in cases involving multiple jurisdictions and procedural rules. Oriol combines his legal practice with teaching roles at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and ESADE Law School. He frequently publishes articles on arbitration matters, is a regular speaker at arbitration conferences, and is consistently ranked in the major domestic and international legal directories. In addition to a Double Degree in Law and Business Management from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Oriol holds a Diploma in Legal Studies from Oxford University and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School. He is admitted to practice in Spain and in the State of New York. Oriol is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Spanish and Iberoamerican Arbitration Club (CEIA).
