Pablo Martínez Llorente earned a dual degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE E-3) and significantly advanced his career at prestigious firms such as Uría Menéndez, Baker McKenzie, and Hogan Lovells. In 2021, he co-founded Whitewell Legal.
Recognized as a "Future Leader" in international arbitration by Who's Who Legal in 2020, 2021, 2023, and 2024, his experience is particularly noteworthy in the energy, infrastructure, and construction sectors, where he has advised clients on a wide range of disputes. Pablo has been involved in numerous national and international arbitrations, administered by various institutions. His expertise also includes the enforcement of arbitral awards, proceedings to set aside awards, and interim measures in support of arbitration.
Pablo also possesses extensive expertise in advising on disputes related to contracts, obligations, and corporate conflicts across various sectors. He regularly advises on issues of international jurisdiction and applicable law and has experience in the enforcement of foreign decisions in Spain.
Additionally, he teaches courses on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and International Conflicts of Law at ICADE.
