Jun Zheng is Co-Founder and Managing Director of MEI & HAO SARL, a Swiss legal and tax firm specializing in cross-border transactions and an adjunct faculty of University of Fribourg, teaching Asian business law since 2019. He studied law in both China and Switzerland, receiving his PhD in law from the University of Fribourg. He began his career as legal counsel in international law firms in Shanghai and Zurich and then worked as legal advisor at the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law, providing legal opinions and advice to courts, governments, international organizations, enterprises and individuals. He co-founded MEI & HAO SARL since 2023. Jun Zheng is specialized in cross-border cases, with particular expertise in international arbitration, international investment law, competition law, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, international tax planning, and international family and inheritance law. In addition to Chinese, he speaks English and French. Jun Zheng is member of the Swiss Arbitration Association (SAA), the European Association of Private International Law(EAPIL), the Chinese Society of Private International Law (CSPIL), the Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce (SCCC) and the Swiss Turnaround Association (STA).
