Brief Introduction
As Director General of the Geneva Chamber of Commerce (CCIG), Vincent Subilia advocates the Geneva business community; he thus promotes and defends the CCIG approx. 2’500 corporate Members, while representing the latter within numerous regional, national and international institutions, including the General Council of the World Chamber’s Federation, as elected Swiss representative. Vincent has equally acted as President of the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution, and is currently acting within the board of approximately 20 different institutions, e.g. the Swiss Arbitration Center, the Swiss Chamber of Commerce and Industry and ICC Switzerland.
A qualified lawyer with robust expertise gained in Switzerland and abroad (including in Brussels, London, New York, Beijing and Singapore), Vincent has worked within a large international bank in Geneva as Vice President for numerous years, as well as for a major law firm specialised in WTO issues. An alumnus of the Graduate Institute of Geneva and co-founder of the Genève International Rotary Club, Vincent has further been elected as Member of the Geneva Parliament.
