Krystle is an independent arbitration practitioner,who currentlysits as an arbitrator and consultant. She takes part in commercialand investment arbitration proceedings under the maininternational rules (ICC,ICSID,LCIA,CIAC-IACAC,UNCITRAL,etc.). In 2022,the EU Commission included her in the list ofarbitrators and experts suitable for appointment in cases under EU bilateral agreements with third countries. Krystle has served as counsel,tribunal secretary or arbitrator incases arising from construction projects,shareholder agreements,joint venture agreements,real estate projects,gaspricing,financial services agreements and other contractual disputes,as well as in investment arbitrations. Krystle constantly works on updating her legal knowledge and regularly speaks,writes and teaches on international arbitration.She works in English and Spanish and speaks French and Portuguese. She is a dual national of Venezuela and Spain. Exceptionally,Krystle serves as a tribunal secretary in complex arbitrations.
