Jack Li is the Founding Partner of Jin Mao Partners, the 30th President, Chair of Nominating Committee of Inter-Pacific Bar Association, Arbitrator. Jack concurrently serves as an arbitrator for more than 50 domestic and international arbitration institutions.
Jack commenced the legal practicing in 1990, mainly engaged in dispute resolution, securities listing, corporate mergers, project financing and other legal services. He has served as a legal consultant for more than 300 Chinese and foreign enterprises for restructuring and mergers and acquisitions, financing, IPO and for the Office Building project of Shanghai Government, China's first Chinese-funded financial institution's mortgage loan business, China's largest joint venture project, the first RMB business of foreign banks, the first foreign-funded corporate banks to issue RMB bonds, China's 2010 Shanghai World Expo, Shanghai Disney and other national major projects. Jack was the 8th Shanghai Top Ten Outstanding Youth in 2001 and as the chief editor for more than 30 legal books.
