Eduardo Magallón Gómez

Brief Introduction
Eduardo Magallón Gómez is the Chairman of CAM’s General Council and is partner at Magallón, Peniche, Arroyo y Galindo, Abogados.
Mr. Magallón holds a law degree from UNAM, where he also completed postgraduate studies in Public Law. He also obtained the academic degree of Specialist in Civil Procedural Law from Universidad Panamericana.
Since 1972 he has dedicated to the attention of matters in the forum, as a litigator. In the arbitration practice, he has been appointed Panelist, by the Governments of Mexico and the United States of America, in arbitrations under the North American Free Trade Agreement and has served as arbitrator in the World Bank (ICSID).
Since 1987, he has taught General Theory of Procedure, Civil and Commercial Procedural Law, International Procedural Cooperation, Arbitration and Seminar of Procedural Clinic at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. He has also taught at both the undergraduate and graduate levels in a large number of universities in Mexico and abroad.
