Brief Introduction
Junyi Bai is a partner at Dentons in Milan, where he leads the Italy-China Collaboration Group and is a member of the global Corporate M&A practice. Born in Zhejiang, China and raised in Italy, Junyi has extensive experience in international commercial and corporate law, with a strong focus on cross-border transactions between China and Europe. He regularly advises companies and multinationals on foreign direct investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings across various jurisdictions. His sector expertise includes automotive, aerospace, luxury, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, real estate, and e-commerce.
Junyi is admitted to the Italian Bar and has been with Dentons since 2018. He also serves as Adjunct Professor of China Business Law at the University of International Studies of Rome (UNINT), where he contributes to the academic exchange on Chinese legal and commercial frameworks.
He is co-author of the book Diritto Commerciale e Tributario Cinese (Chinese Business and Tax Law), which explores key aspects of Chinese business law relevant to Italian and European investors.
