Prof. Dr. Giovanni Zarra LL.M. has a significant experience in international arbitration law (focusing on both commercial and investment arbitration) and international litigation (with particular knowledge on matters involving issues of public and private international law). He is considered to have a wealth of knowledge in international law (both public and private) and international arbitration, as testified by the appointment in the ICSID Panels of Arbitrators and Conciliators, the appointment as the Republic of San Marino’s representative at UNCITRAL (in particular WGIII, dealing with investment reform) and the inclusion in the ISDS Academic Forum. He also gained particular experience on shipping and international trade.
