Mr. Federico Zanzi is the Head of Legal at Huawei Italy. In 2012, he graduated with a J.D. summa cum laude from Bocconi University in Milan. Before joining Huawei, Mr. Zanzi trained at the boutique law firm of an eminent scholar of Civil Law in Milan and was an associate to tier-1 international business law firms in Milan and Rome. He is an IT/TMT lawyer with a specific background in business litigation and corporate compliance. He sits in Huawei Italy’s Supervisory Board pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and regularly joins regulatory advisory committees at the Italian umbrella organization of telecommunication enterprises (ASSTEL).  He has been regularly speaking at seminars and lectures, and authored essays on contract law. He regularly volunteers as a tutor for students at university with a non-profit organization.
