Veronica Gianola is an Italian qualified lawyer, member of the Milan Bar Association. Graduated with honors in Law from the University of Milano – Bicocca (Italy), she matured professional experience both in international law firms and as Company in-house counsel. Since 2017 she cooperates with D’Andrea & Partners Legal Counsel, where she assists international companies in their commercial transactions involving Asia, Europe and Italy, with an expertise in Corporate and Commercial law, M&A and FDI. She has been working in Shanghai for various years and is currently based in Milan, Italy, supervising the Italian operations of the Firm. She has been lecturer at Nanjing University and University of Milano – Bicocca, as well she has been speaker in many seminars and webinars. Her extensive experience and years of living in Asia have provided her with an in-depth understanding of both professional and social customs in the region.
