Ms. Xing Yuan is a partner of Beijing Huanzhong & Partners. She obtained her master’s degree of law from University of International Business and Economics (UIBE). She is the deputy secretary-general of China International Investment Forum, the off-campus mentor of UIBE, listed on the panels of arbitrators of Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Court (BAC/BIAC), China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC), Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), Hainan International Arbitration Court (HIAC), Changsha Arbitration Commission, and selected in the “Beijing Lawyers Association Foreign-related Lawyer Talent Pool” and the “Top 100 High-end Foreign-related Legal Talents in Beijing” projects. Ms. Xing participated in the training scheme for Chinese lawyers organized by Bar Council of England and Wales, during which she visited famous Chambers in London. Her main practice areas include international trade law, foreign investment law, corporation law, and franchise law. Ms. Xing has represented clients in many cases in these fields, including influential arbitration cases before well-known arbitration institutions at home and abroad, as well as foreign-related commercial litigation cases before Chinese court, thus she has rich experience in dispute settlement.
