Mr. Liu Hongchuan is a partner at Jingtian & Gongcheng, and an Arbitrator at the BAC/BIAC. He holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, and an LL.B. from Peking University. He is qualified to practice law in both China and the State of New York, United States.
