Mr. Diyorbek M. Kimsanov is an experienced Attorney at Law, Arbitrator, and Mediator based in Uzbekistan. Since 2020, he has served as the Director of the Tashkent Mediation Center and is a Partner at the law firm "Kimsanov and Attorneys," where he specializes in international corporate law, investment disputes, and ADR. His extensive professional background includes high-level public service roles, such as serving as an Officer in the President's Administration, Senior Prosecutor, and Head of the Arbitration and Litigation Unit at the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan. Mr. Kimsanov has been deeply involved in shaping regional ADR frameworks, serving as a member of the Ministry of Justice's research group on drafting alternative dispute resolution legislation.
