Li Ling is the General Manager of the Legal Compliance and Risk Management Department of China Construction Fifth Engineering Division Corp., Ltd (CCFED). With 17 years of dedicated legal experience in the construction and engineering sector, she possesses profound expertise in project investment and operations, corporate compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution.
In addition to her corporate leadership, Ms.Li holds several prominent professional positions. She is the Deputy Secretary-General of the Hunan Engineering Law Research Society, an appointed expert in the Hunan Provincial Legal Expert Database, a researcher at the Hunan Rule of Law Research Society, and an arbitrator of several arbitration commissions.
In recognition of her professional excellence, she was awarded the honorary title of "Outstanding In-house Counsel of Central SOEs" by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC). Furthermore, she is a Certified Internal Trainer for China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC).
