Dr. Anna Vladimirovna Ubaydullaeva is a practicing lawyer, international arbitrator, mediator, and academic specializing in international law, intellectual property, digital economy regulation, and alternative dispute resolution.
She serves as Associate Professor at Tashkent State University of Law and teaches at several international institutions, including Webster University, Westminster International University in Tashkent, and TOBB University of Economics and Technology. Her teaching and research focus on international commercial arbitration, mediation, intellectual property, and the legal regulation of emerging technologies.
Dr. Ubaydullaeva is actively engaged in cross-border dispute resolution, particularly in technology-driven and innovation-focused sectors. She is a member of leading ADR networks, including Central Asian Females in Arbitration and ArbitralWomen, and is affiliated with arbitral institutions including TIAC and VIAC.
Beyond practice and academia, she contributes to legal and regulatory initiatives on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and technology governance. She serves on a working group under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Uzbekistan and has provided expert input to projects supported by the World Bank. She also co-authored the textbook *Intellectual Property in the Digital Era* and is pursuing advanced studies in AI and Law at leading international institutions.
