Brief Introduction
Zhang Haoliang,Deputy Secretary-General of the Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Court/China (Beijing) Securities and Futures Arbitration Center (BAC/BIAC), he holds a Master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law from Tsinghua University. He is a public lawyer and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
He serves as a member of the Ministry of Justice Working Group on Arbitration Law Reform, and as a member of the Working Group for the Regulations on the Development of the Beijing International Commercial Arbitration Center.
To date, he has administered more than 700 arbitration cases and reviewed over 2,000 arbitral awards. He played a leading role in developing a standardized and systematic framework for the administration of international arbitration cases at BAC/BIAC and has extensive experience in civil and commercial dispute resolution.He has authored more than ten academic articles published in leading professional journals.
