She focuses on litigation and international arbitration, with extensive experience acting both as counsel and arbitrator across a broad range of sectors, including banking and finance; energy and natural resources; international trade and commodities; transportation and logistics; technology, media and telecoms; and construction and engineering.
Cheryl is listed as an arbitrator at CIETAC, HKIAC, BAC, TAC, SCIA, SCIAHK, AALCO-HKRAC, and APIAC. As counsel, she regularly represents clients in London, Hong Kong, and Singapore arbitrations under both institutional and ad hoc rules, including LMAA, HKIAC, CIETAC HK, ICC, SIAC, and FOSFA and ICA rules.
