Ms Jieyun (Iris) LI is the Head of Dispute Resolution and Regulatory Investigations at Alibaba Group, where she leads the management of litigation and dispute resolution and investigations across multiple jurisdictions.
At Alibaba, Jieyun has managed some of the highest-value cross-border litigation involving Chinese enterprises, including high profile securities class actions in the United States, IP disputes across Europe, and regulatory and enforcement matters in the US, Europe and Asia. She has extensive practical experience in intellectual property protection and dispute resolution in the fields of cloud computing and artificial intelligence, handling complex matters involving cloud infrastructure patents, AI model training data, technology licensing, and trade secrets related to emerging technologies. Prior to joining Alibaba, she practiced IP and litigations at Deacons in Hong Kong and King & Wood Mallesons in Beijing.
