Olga Boltenko, FCIArb, is a barrister and arbitrator with more than two decades of experience in cross-border dispute resolution and international arbitration. Based in Hong Kong, she has practised with leading arbitration teams in Paris, Hong Kong and Singapore, and has acted in investor-State and commercial disputes under major arbitral rules and institutions, including PCA, ICSID, SCC, ICC and LCIA. Her practice spans public international law, investment treaty arbitration and complex commercial disputes across sectors including energy, mining, infrastructure, construction, telecommunications and pharmaceuticals. Ms. Boltenko teaches arbitration, ADR and Belt and Road investment law at The University of Hong Kong, where she serves as deputy executive director, and is a professor of law at the Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penh. She is a founding member of the Paris Arbitration Centre, a long-serving editor of the Investor-State Law Guide, and is listed on leading arbitration panels in Hong Kong, Asia and internationally.
