Ms. Yanhua Lin is a partner of Fangda Partners in dispute resolution practice group. Her practice focuses on dispute resolution, including arbitration, litigation, compliance and government enforcement matters. Ms. Lin is very experienced in arbitration, representing various clients in the arbitration proceedings of ICC, HKIAC, CIETAC, BAC/BIAC and other major arbitration institutions. Ms. Lin was appointed China representative of the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum.
