Mr. Xin Liu is a partner in Freshfields’ International Arbitration Group, he often acts for multinational corporations and Chinese companies on arbitrations, with proceedings conducted under the ICC, HKIAC, SIAC, ICSID, CIETAC, SHIAC, and UNCITRAL rules, as well as litigations in various jurisdictions. Mr. Liu is qualified in both New York and China (non-practicing), and have worked for World Bank in Washington, D.C. Mr. Liu is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and named on the list of ALB Asia 40 under 40 for 2023.
