Mr. Tom K. M. Fu is a partner of International Law Firm Mayer Brown in its dispute resolution teams in Beijing and Hong Kong.His practice focuses on cross-border disputes, in particular those in relation to construction & engineering, energy (oil & gas) and technology. He is listed on various panels of arbitrators. He has also been appointed by the China International Council for the Promotion of Multinational Corporations (CICPMC) as a committee member of its international legal affairs Committee of Experts since 2010. Mr. Fu has been serving as a Council Member of The Hong Kong Law Society since 2021.
