Gina Leung is the Chair of the Ciarb (East Asia Branch). Qualified as Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Builder in the UK, she is a quantum expert based in Hong Kong. Gina is specialised in construction disputes with extensive experience in working on international arbitration. She is the drafting committee of a recent global Ciarb guideline on expert witness evidence "Report on Party-Appointed Expert Witnesses in International Arbitration: Effectiveness and Best Practice". Prior to taking her chairmanship, Gina has been a committee member of the Ciarb East Asia Branch for more than 14 years.
