The 2026 Hong Kong Summit, co-organized by the Beijing International Arbitration Court Hong Kong Center (BIACHK) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators East Asia Branch (CIArb East Asia Branch) will bring together legal and dispute resolution professionals from Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland and other jurisdictions for a full day of discussion on the latest developments in commercial dispute resolution and cross-border business.
The programme will feature six timely and interconnected sessions, covering a range of issues including international arbitration, mediation, intellectual property and emerging technologies, investment, energy and international trade, with the objective of facilitating a meaningful exchange of ideas across different legal systems.
